Kit comes complete with 'Slaters' wheels , Can motor & DJH transmission. Includes DJH waterslide transfers covering both BR green & BR blue periods. One piece cast alloy bonnet, brass and nickel silver etchings (some pre-bent), and some finally detailed parts cast in brass, nickel silver and white metal. The kit has been designed to go together easy and would be ideal for the novice modeller.
First allocated to service in 1958 in a class of some 230 locomotives the BR03 was widely distributed to most BR regions working hard well into the 1980's. Many remain preserved today.
