SAR GMA/M Garratt 4-8-2+28-4 HOm

Both engine units are powered by a high quality Mashima 1020 motor and 50:1 gearboxes. Available with the option to fit ESU loksound and directional lighting. The decoder is programmed by us to have the correct SAR steam whistle and dual exhaust beat characteristic of articulated locomotives. The speaker is fitted in the ash pan with the decoder in the boiler. Non-decoder fitted locomotives do not have directional lighting installed.
